Lanna Children’s Rights Network (LCRC) is a part of joining hands to join hands with the Children and Youth Council of Om Koi District and the network parties in local organizations in Om Koi District, Chiang Mai province to hold “Om Koi Fest #3 Music, Poet, Art”( OMKoi FEST #3)”
At the activity site of Om Koi District Governor to open a creative space for children and youth to showcase their musical, art, to build self-immunity and to be a good role model for children and youth in their own area.
On 30-31 March 2567 at the yard of Aom Koi district, Chiang Mai province.
Representatives of Lanna Child Rights Network member organizations, led by the Child Protection Foundation, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Lanna Children Rights Network and the Suphanimit Foundation of Thailand, Rak Thai Foundation, San Kamphaeng School, and the core representatives of Youth Activists for Children Rights (CRYA) in Om Koi district, together with more than 20 parties organizations.
The Main Event.
1. Youth and General Public Category Band Competition. Up to 17 bands.
2. Drawing competition in 2 subjects including 1. “Children’s rights and the environment; Forest fire prevention and reduction of hats” 2. “United forces to protect children from all forms of violence.”
3. Self Defence Skills Creative Activities for Children and Youths by Organizing Exhibition Booth to spread knowledge and media on Child Rights Environmental Issues. Board Games Learning about Litter Sorting. Board Games, Journey of the Heart. Learning, Understanding, End Bullying Shelter, Knowing Equal Online.
4. Invitation to write a campaign message. Every voice united is part of the campaign to protect ourselves from environmental violence – gender diversity and all forms of violence.
Miss Phoncharoen Serimtiwong is the representative of Youth Activists for Children’s Rights Network (CRYA) to give information about the network อย and invited children and youth of Om Koi district to join the campaign #Save the environment to have a good weather for children and the people of Om Koi.
And there is Mr. Nananthalatsakamon Gedmitsap, coordinator of Lanna Child Rights Network, is the representative of Lanna Child Right Network. Introducing the network and inviting collaborators for the campaign to heal and create a child-friendly environment. End violence against children and youth all forms.
This event was organized by Mr. Srisopha Kotikhamlu, member of the House of Representatives of Chiang Mai province, District 10 and Mr. Prichapol Plutwi, the senior deputy of Om Koi district, joined to write a message to campaign on this issue and appreciate that the Lanna Children’s Rights Network has joined the local event. The event has attracted the attention of more than 100 children, youth and citizens and broadcasted through online media.
With Mr. Kanok Sri Rueang, the program group manager of Suphanimit Foundation of Thailand, leads the team as the main organization for coordination and has a network member organization านto support the joint work.
